"BUG HUNT” Saturday, August 8, at 2 pm, and/or Sunday, August 9, at noon. Join a park ranger at the Mount Jefferson State Natural Area picnic shelter, 1481 Mt. Jefferson Rd., West Jefferson, for a discussion about insects, followed by a bug hunt. Hunters will be temporarily collecting and identifying some of the “critters” found during the hunt.
